Job Description:
• Supporting Exchange and Windows server farm in Dallas Datacenter and NJ Data centers
• Supporting HR for identity management and support (Imanami)
• Documentation, presentation and communication skill with Legal, HR, IT security, department administrators.
• Creating, Modifying Powershell, batch, VBscripts
• 24 hours/ 7 days support to customers
• High skill set level of Exchange 2010, 2013 Administration and Management
• Windows Server 2008, 2012 Administration and Management
• High skill set level of Barracuda Message Archiver.
• High skill level of Identity manager Imanami
• High skill set of common virus, system audit such as McAfee foundstone, policy auditor, Tipping point.
• High skill set of Microsoft SCCM
• High skill with Windows operating system commands/utilities/PowerShell (must)
• Comfortable with most aspects of operating system administration, for example, configuration of mail systems, system installation and configuration, printer systems, fundamentals of security, installation of third-party software
• Familiarity with networked/distributed computing environment concepts.
• 4 year BA/BS degree on Computer Science
• 10 to 15 year experience
• Bilingual is plus (English & Korean)
