Services

The numbers in your ERP, turned into a report you can decide on.

ERP-AI reads your SAP finance data and lays it out as dashboards and a monthly report. Ask AI a question and it shows the entries behind the number. Invoice automation and system integration make sure that data comes in right, and that results go back into the ERP.

How ERP-AI works

Four steps, from your ERP data to a report your team approves.

  1. 01

    Connect

Finance data is read from SAP, read-only. Nothing in SAP is changed.

  2. 02

    Analyse

Dashboards show P&L, budget versus actual, and what drove the change.

  3. 03

    Ask

Ask AI in plain language and check the answer down to its sources and journal entries.

  4. 04

    Report

AI drafts the monthly management report, your team approves it, and it goes out as Excel or PDF.

What we build

Three solutions. Most engagements start in one and grow into the next.

01 — ERP-AI

Ask your ERP why — and get the entries behind the answer

ERP-AI reads finance data from SAP S/4HANA, read-only, and shows it as dashboards and a monthly management report in your own chart of accounts. A dashboard shows a number; a decision needs the reason. Ask in plain language and AI explains what moved it, and any number opens down to the journal entries that make it up. An engine calculates and AI only explains, so dashboards, reports and answers use the same numbers.

Connect SAP → map to your finance terms → dashboards and reports → ask, and see the entries.

  • Read-only SAP S/4HANA connection — no changes in SAP
  • Mapping to your finance terms (industry presets, financial statement versions, AI suggestions)
  • P&L, balance sheet and budget-vs-actual dashboards
  • Monthly management report — AI commentary drafted, approved by your team, Excel and PDF
  • Report builder for the tables you need
  • Natural-language questions and root-cause analysis, with sources on every answer
  • Drill-down to journal entries
  • English and Korean

02 — Invoice automation

From invoice to ERP, without retyping

Buying invoice automation is not buying OCR. The invoice is read, checked against the purchase order, goods receipt and contract, and coded to an account and cost centre. Clean invoices go straight through, exceptions reach a person with the reason attached, and what it posts to the ERP becomes material for ERP-AI to analyse.

Your monthly volume × minutes per invoice — that is the time the clean ones give back.

  • Email, PDF and scan intake
  • Field extraction with a confidence score
  • PO, goods receipt and contract matching (3-way match)
  • Duplicate and expense-policy checks
  • Exception routing and approval
  • Account and cost centre coding, posted to the ERP

03 — Enterprise integration

Connect AI to the systems that run your business

The hardest part of an enterprise AI project is rarely the model. It is the path back into the system of record, with an audit trail and a human step where one is needed.

Systems, data, AI, action.

  • System and data mapping
  • Bidirectional sync with the system of record
  • Write-back with a full audit trail
  • Human approval where the stakes require it
  • Exception routing to the right owner
  • Legacy systems, databases and APIs

What it is built from

Not separate products — the parts every solution above is made of.

  • AI agents

Not a chatbot bolted onto a process. An agent checks each case against your rules and systems of record, clears what can go through and hands the rest to a person.

  • Document intelligence

Invoices, contracts, scans and photos read into fields, each with a confidence score that decides what happens next.

  • Semantic layer

Each ERP's tables mapped to what your business means by revenue, cost, margin and vendor, so questions are answered in your terms.

  • System integration

Two-way sync with ERP, CRM, legacy databases and APIs, and write-back with a full audit trail.

What a question looks like when it is answered properly

Why did operating expenses rise 18% this quarter?

  1. Operating expenses up 18%
  2. Software up 56% — 43% of the increase
  3. Vendor A up 70%
  4. Cost centre CC-4100, the data platform
  5. Journal entry JE-2026-118204 — a licence true-up against PO-2026-0741

A dashboard would have shown the first line and stopped there. This answer ends at the entry.
