Finance ops
An invoice arrives. Nobody types it in.
From the vendor's email to a posted document in the ERP — with one human decision in the middle, where it belongs.
Where this starts
Invoices come in by email, in whatever shape the vendor sends them. Someone opens each one, finds the matching purchase order, checks the figures, and keys the result into the ERP.
What made it hard
The work is not difficult, it is relentless — and it fails quietly. A price that drifted above the order, or the same invoice paid twice, is only caught if someone happens to look.
How it works
The system reads the invoice, checks it against the purchase order and prior postings, and puts the disagreements in front of a person. Approval stays human; everything around it does not.
Step through a run
Pick an invoice and follow what the system did with it — including the moment it stopped and asked.

The invoice arrives by email
The vendor sends an invoice against a purchase order. The mailbox is watched and the attachment is picked up without anyone opening it.
